Stray Cats/Dogs
Every Yemeni village or city is full of stray cats or dogs. Better don`t cuddle them if you do not want to get a rabies shot. Funnily, the cats and dogs we saw seem to get along quite well.

Especially in the Hadramaut, camels (the one-humped species) are seen everywhere. There are no wild camels in Yemen as far as I know - they all belong to farmers or beduins.
