Fondest memory: Nights at the Funduq were great! The family who owned this guesthouse were really firnedly, and organized events the two nights we spent there.
They also showed us some nice games like this, based on a yemenian tradition: it is said when the cheiks ruled Yemen, they practised this dangerous game. A man had to, being on foot, lay on the floor and then go up again with a glass of water on his fornt. He was not allowed to drop any water outside the galss. If it happened, man´s head was quickly cutted by the cheik.
Try to do at home! it isn´t easy.

Fondest memory: Evening was cloudy and then, while we were walking around this wonderful village, heavy rain started. As we had no place to refuge, we hide inside the gate of the wall. Some other people, specially children of the village, did the same.
Problem was, when people try to pass across the crowded gate with their animals: it was really funny. We had to help the cows, bulls, donkeys, goats and sheeps to cross the door, while water runned across the gate.
Finally, when it ended, i had my feet totally wet, but the most important was: all the animals were finally at home!!!
