CHEWING THE LEAVES OF GHAD IS NOT A BAD EXPERINCE>>>>>>SHAMMY LEAVES ARE tHE GOOD ITS LITTLE EXPENSIVES,
In my opinion the most beautiful mosque in Yemen. Admission only for Muslims.

This is one of the derelict palaces of the rich merchant family Al Kaf from Tarim. Only one is currently open to the public.

Unfortunately, they are not open to the (non-muslim) tourists, so you can only admire them from the outside.

The Wadi Idin (east of Sayun) is a landscape of spectactular beauty: Typical for the Wadi Idin are oasises framed by extensive palm groves. A nice daytrip from Sayun.

Though dry and arid, the mountainous area specially around Manakhah provides excellent occasion for nice landscape photos. The same accounts for Wadi Hadramout

Like in the rest of the towns in the area, the buildings of Sif are brilliantly decorated with paintings in bright colours and full of fantasy.
