Which way is up by gcmm There are afew caves which you may go into in Bermuda, this was in Crystal caves. If you have been in caves before than this is no big deal, there is really nothing all to special about them....The water is very clear, and deep,30-40 feet but that's about it.
If you have never been in any cavern or cave than you might want visit one of them. They are neat to see ...
There are other things to do around Bermuda that will be more fun.. Rent a scooter explore caves on the beach play golf see some other sites go shopping Leave a Comment

Bermuda Currency by Lady-Charisma In comparison to expenses in America, the cost for everything is maybe double the amount. Think twice about spending...
If you must go shopping, bring more money than you would estimate for a vacation trip.
Purchase any basic necessities you might need before you travel and try to control your spending. Leave a Comment

catch me by gcmm I don't no if this is still there but if Devils hole is still around please do not go there. In short it is a small fishing hole which is said to be part of th island and in it are turtles , sharks and all kinds of fish. They get you there buy saying you can fish for the fish and if you catch one you get something in return. Well we did not see anyone catch anything You also use there poles with salt pork or something on the hook, trust me they never will bite...
Please do not even go....

Anchor at Dockyards by Seabiscuit I really wasn't too interested in this type of thing. I mean, it's cool and all, but when I lived in Bermuda, I went down there mainly because I wasn't driving, and I was told "everyone has to see it at least once". The Museum was just under construction at the time, so it was a pretty hulking shell, being transformed into an upscale 'flea-market'. Many Bermudians were not too happy about it.
The views *are* spectacular, though. To look north-east over the Great Sound is awesome! You actually see many of the 365 mini-islands that make up Bermuda.
Walk around, just walk around and see the boats and other things that aren't contained within the structure (you'll know it when you see it). Leave a Comment

If you're going to swim with dolphins, do it in Florida where it's 1/4 the price. You'll spend a few hundred dollars in Bermuda. Leave a Comment

by Beanie Crystal Cave. See the picture to the left. That's all, that's all you see when you go in there. Save yourself some $$ and do some other activities. There is a cave, a 'real cave' hidden in the woods near Swizzle Inn, it goes one or two miles long. Some friend's fried first discovered it and we heard stories of them went in there with nothing but their flash light. Because the cave is very deep, after they spent some time in there, the battery went out. It was completely dark! You can't see your own fingers even you put them in front of you. They ended up feeling and crowling their way out of the cave. Well, it wasn't that bad for our experience. We went in with 3 flash lights and extra batteries. We also had our DV camera and a digital camera with super flash light. As soon as we climbed 40 ft into the mouth of the cave, we can't see very well. The light started to go out. It was very steep, some parts of it have ropes for people to climb, most parts don't. It is very dangerous. Especially, there was a stream running thru the cave, to the left was a 90 degree cliff. We were walking on the path next to the cliff. It was scary, but fun. After one and half hours, we had enough this spelunking experience. We climbed out. I wish I could find my digital pictures and show you all. It's definitely more exciting than 1000 visits to the crystal cave. I talk to some locals about that cave, nobody has ever heard of nor been to. Weird. Anyways, if you are the adventurous sort. I definitely recommand you to try. But at your own risks. (That's if you can find the place.) Leave a Comment

Harbor nights...I don't know if this is an all year thing. But Wednesday nights is sort of like a street vendor thing, on Front street. Music, entertainment, happy hour, food. Be careful, a lot of vendors are selling stuff that are NOT actually made in Bermuda. Leave a Comment

by TerryP Main Street in Hamilton is nice for window shopping but the majority of the stores are over-priced because everything has to be imported. The hardest part of buying soveniers here was finding something that was actually made in Bermuda. Don't look for these shops to be of any help. Leave a Comment
