Rental cars are not permitted in Bermuda. However, the most popular way to get around is by motor scooter. You can also get around by bus, taxi, bicycle, ferry, or by horse and carriage.

Best way is to take public transporation...Avoid the mopeds, unless you are extremely careful!!

Again, I repeat, they don't rent cars on the islands... but there are buses (pretty expensive) and ferries (very interesting).Ferry prices are good and you can see great things (see travelogue).
