My year in Canada

by TrueGemini

Canada is one of the most pristine and cleanest countries I have visited. I traveled from Victoria on Vancouver Island to Thunder Bay Ontario and all points in between. The Edmington mall was amazing as well as the slopes near Banff and Calgary. But my favorite city has to be Vancouver. It was so beautiful to see, especially from the water. There were no signs of litter, it seemed to sparkle. The Canadians are friendly people in the western portion of the country but tend to be a lttle reserved of Outsiders (mostly Americans) the farther east of the Rockies you travel were there is more of a French influence. I spent a year in Canada from 1990-91 and had a great time. I was there for work then and I had the time of my life.
