St. John's, Newfoundland is known for the nightlife. Recommendations are deffinitly George Street. There are over 100 bars on one street. Plus there is a whole lot of history to St. John's..well, Newfoundland in general is a very historic place.
Pretty much anything goes. Casual, dressy, rave/or club wear...what ever you please. Leave a Comment Theme: ConcertDirections: DOWNTOWN ST. JOHN'S!!!!!

Burlington, Ontario, Canada and Club 54. These people know how to party. Do I need to say more? Another hot spot (not to implicate myself) is a place called Solid Gold in Sudbury, Ontario. Girs, girls, girls. A fifty goes a long ways. Televised on Friday and Saturday nights.
No Levis. Leave a Comment Theme: Live MusicDirections: I told you. Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. Ask any cab driver and he'll know where to go.

The Tir Na Nog (Kingston, ON.) A Celtic-themed pub, with music! Many parts of Canada still possess a vibrant historical connection to our European roots....Consequently, there are still places you can visit with a very strong flavour of British, Scottish, Irish, or French culture. I think that despite the generational gaps in our connection to Europe, many Canadians still feel very comfortable with pseudo-European settings....In the case of the Tir Na Nog, the Irish-Scottish themed food and decor, and the hybrid Irish-Scottish/Canadian folk music just makes me feel right at home...Perhaps I simply enjoy a night out of drinking....
Wear whatever you want.... Theme: Live MusicDirections: In Kingston, on the waterfront...Although such types of pubs can be found in any-sized city in Canada...On the East Coast, such places can be found in even the smallest of towns....

If you're in NS, and looking for somewhere to party, i can reccomend a few places, depending on where you are. If you're in Halifax, the Palace, the Dome, JJ's or the Marquee are the standards. If you're closer to Dartmouth, than check out Ralph's Place. Anywhere in Nova Scotia besides Halifax County, you can usually find a good time at any University Campus. Personally, i like St. F.X.(of which i am a proud Alum), there are 4 bars(including the on-campus digs) in this small town of Antigonish(the population almost doubles when the students arrive in Sept.), and the liquor store situated in the mall boasted a couple of years back the highest sales income of any liquor store in Canada, per capita. Favorite: The Pub.
There is no dress code in the Antigonish bars, besides the on-campus bar, which only allows those wearing an X-ring inside(unless you are currently a student). Leave a Comment Theme: NightclubDirections: Bars in Antigonish: within 5 minutes of campus. Ask ANYONE you see where they are located.
