Burlington, Ontario, Canada and Club 54. These people know how to party. Do I need to say more?Another hot spot (not to implicate myself) is a place called Solid Gold in Sudbury, Ontario. Girs, girls, girls. A fifty goes a long ways.Televised on Friday and Saturday nights. No Levis.

Luvafair: Luvafair

by csauve

This club has been a vancouver tradition since the early 1980's...and the crowd hasnt changed to drastically either; Goths, Hipsters, and just people looking to have a good time come here cuz its Vancouver's only 'alternative' hangout, every where else is kinda like Los Angelos on crack sooo trust me you will luv Luvafair! Thursday night is Brit-Pop night! so where your 80's Brit apparel...I think Wednesday is just 80's night and then the rest of the nights are like mixed but never generic! You see alot of skaters, rockers, and then just people who like got high and just walked in off the street I think.

by CraigMD

If you're in NS, and looking for somewhere to party, i can reccomend a few places, depending on where you are. If you're in Halifax, the Palace, the Dome, JJ's or the Marquee are the standards. If you're closer to Dartmouth, than check out Ralph's Place.Anywhere in Nova Scotia besides Halifax County, you can usually find a good time at any University Campus. Personally, i like St. F.X.(of which i am a proud Alum), there are 4 bars(including the on-campus digs) in this small town of Antigonish(the population almost doubles when the students arrive in Sept.), and the liquor store situated in the mall boasted a couple of years back the highest sales income of any liquor store in Canada, per capita.Favorite: The Pub. There is no dress code in the Antigonish bars, besides the on-campus bar, which only allows those wearing an X-ring inside(unless you are currently a student).

VICTORIA After dark, there are more than enough quasi-British pubs in which to watch a hockey game, but Victoria also has thriving dining, music, art, and theaterscenes, all on an accessible scale. The stunning Butchart Gardens north of the city,is a great way to enjoy the area. Getting There: If you are not flying, the best mode of transport is the B.C. Ferries. During the summer they run every hour, please go to the web site below for the schedule. http://www.bcferries.bc.ca/schedules/mainland/

St. John's, Newfoundland is known for the nightlife. Recommendations are deffinitly George Street. There are over 100 bars on one street.Plus there is a whole lot of history to St. John's..well, Newfoundland in general is a very historic place. Pretty much anything goes. Casual, dressy, rave/or club wear...what ever you please.

Edmonton is the City of...

by Tolik

Edmonton is the City of Champions! World-class sporting events are nothing new to Edmonton, which played host to the 1978 Commonwealth Games, the 1983 World University Games, 1996 Firefighter Games, 1996 World Figure Skating Championships, the 1984 and 1987 Grey Cup games, the 1999 Labatt Brier and the 2001 IAAF World Championships. Edmonton's storied sports history dates back to its earliest days. In 1913 John Hougan shattered the Canadian ski jump record with a leap of 19 feet off Connor's Hill. In 1948 the Edmonton Flyers brought the city its first major hockey title, winning the Allan Cup as national senior champions. Four years later the Edmonton Waterloo Mercurys were crowned Olympic hockey champions in Oslo, Norway, and in 1954 the Edmonton Eskimos won the first of three straight Grey Cups in the Canadian Football League. The Eskimos built another dynasty between 1978-82, winning...
