This is a pedestrian street in downtown Charlottetown, close to the main attractions in town, such as the Confederation Centre, Province House, Peake's Quay, etc.
There are small restaurants, outdoor cafes, bars, art galleries, and souvenir shops along the street. In the summer, there's often a few jazz bands playing on Victoria Row, and they're quite talented. Victoria Row is a nice place to relax and have a bite to eat while listening to music and people-watching.

St. Dunstan's Basilica
This is the main parish in the Diocese of Charlottetown. It's a beautiful church built in the gothic style. It was built in the late 1800s, but got burned down in a fire, so it was rebuilt. The inside is gorgeous, and there's a lovely little adoration chapel near the basement. Also, in the summer on Sunday evenings there is "St. Dunstan's Divine Cafe" - a gathering run by seminarians for young Catholics, where speakers talk about different Church issues and teachings, etc.

Victorian-style buildings in town
In downtown Charlottetown (aka Old Charlottetown), there are many old buildings from the Victorian Era. There are many little stone Churches (mostly Protestan) scattered all over the city, such as the Kirk of St. James, St. Paul's Church, and others. Most of them are close to the Confederation Centre and Rochford Square.
There are also a lot of old Victorian houses in town. They're not for visiting (people live in them), but you can look at the outside while walking down the street. Beaconsfield House (another house dating back from the Victorian Era) near Victoria Park is a tourist site open to the public.
