Favorite thing: Walk on the COLUMBIA ICEFIELD: covering an area of 325 sq km & parts of it are over 900 m thick! Visualize that & you've got another miracle! Glaciers are cool but icefields are awesome!!! In fact, the ice is so thick that they have to build snow mobile just to enter that the icefield & those tyres are even taller than I'm! This is one unique place!

Favorite thing: Come by the ICEFIELD PARKWAY: Along the way you'll pass by Bow Lake, which freezes until mid-May (when we were there in early May {my first trip; I've since been there twice more, it's that captivating!}, we were able to walk on it & some even skate there!)

Fondest memory: Most beautiful glacial lakes to be discovered & nice spots for picnic!

Favorite thing: Marvel at the dynamic ATHABASCA GLACIER, a tongue of the vast Columbia Icefield. Cycling on the Icefield Parkway is really great! Never seen such beautiful path!
