If you have a local friend, your options are much greater for activities like hiking, fishing, camping, hunting, dirt biking, everything. You may want to consider taking in a Pow Wow at one of the reservations outside of town, but it might be a good idea to go with a local.

Near the Twin lakes campground is an amazing paintball course. Highly recommend it. Also you could go out to the old historical site and museum just outside of town. There are the remains of an old trading post, which is how the town came to be and the fields around the place are usually full of buffalo. Be there for Canada Day, July 1 and play the buffalo chip toss!
