Enjoy some of the local fruit

    Lapin cherries

Creston produces a lot of fruit, somewhat later than the Okanagan. Chief crops are cherries (especially Lapins), peaches, apples and pears.

Cherries are ready by mid to late July with many roadside stands.

Even the locals like this charming chap, drink it!!!

If you happen to run into him at one of the local pubs, he'll brobably buy you a round or two.
