    This Hotel / Tourist Attraction is the most prominant sight along the Trans Canada Highway between Salmon Arm and Revelstoke. It's bright red roof and magnificent setting make it hard to miss.     Yes, that's spelt right. Craigellachie is where the Last Spike of the Canadian Pacific Railroad was thunked. It is now located in a Rest Area along the Trans Canada Highway, east of Salmon Arm. There's even a Gift Shop for all that hard to find Craigellachie memorabilia.
