Favorite thing: Queen Elizabeth park is a huge green space in the city. It is located at approximately Cambie and 30th ave. However the park streches for a couple blocks. Inside the park is a botanical garden, multiple flower gardens, tennis courts, 2 rollerblade rinks, a pitch and put course and a couple restaurants.
Favorite thing:
Take in the scenery, it is stunning to say the least. My fiurst real vew of Vancouver was coming from the Airport into Vancover and I asked the Taxi driver to stop just so I could take in the view of the mountains surrounding the city. No wonder I want to move there :-).
Fondest memory:
The pic is a view of Vancouver from Queens Park.
There is so much I miss about Vancouver, the general vibrancy of the city, the good food, walking into people making films all over the place, going to Granville Island and just shopping and loafing around.
There is so much I miss.
I can say hand on heart I truely love Vancouver.
Fondest memory: Naturally, enjoy all the beautiful flowers planted in QUEEN ELIZABETH PARK, especially since they are my favorites, the Tulips!!!
Favorite thing: The beautiful colors of Queen Elizabeth Park surround the Bloedel Conservatory. There is no entrance fee to go to the Park.
