    Golden Ears Provincial Park is located 50 km East of Vancouver. You will start seeing indication from Hwy 7 in Maple Ridge. In the park, you can launch a boat, rent a canoe, have a picnic, take a hike, mountain bike or even take your horse for a ride! There is also a campground if you want to stay for a few days.

    Alouette Lake

    Located within Golden Ears Park (see my other tip for direction) the lake makes a perfect location for a picnic, a swim, or a canoe tour for great views of the surroundings...
