I went here in December with my friend Kelly for a cheap Indian vegetarian buffet. I can't say it was mindblowing, but it was definitely filling and good for the price. The atmosphere reminded me of a Denny's restaurant that served Indian food. Service was incredibly casual. It took forever to get served and we had to chase down the staff in order to get our coffee and our bill, so, don't come expecting amazing service. However, for approximately $7 you can't really complain.
There were various dishes of beans, lentils, vegetables and rice, some as pastes, others in mild curry sauces. You bring your big silver tray up to the bar and help yourself. They also have naan bread and some Indian desserts at the buffet.
If you don't feel like sitting down at a booth, you can also walk into the "sweets" section where you can purchase a variety of colourful Indian cakes and desserts. They looked so fascinating and delicious. Maybe next time!
Favorite Dish:
I really enjoyed their lentil dishes and the naan bread.
