This restaurant is frequented by Vancouver locals. Because it's not in the downtown core, tourists often miss it, which is a shame. The ambiance is very rustic italian. It's a quaint little restaurant with friendly servers and great italian music playing in the background. The food portions are always generous and the price is very affordable. They have a great wine selection as well.
Favorite Dish: Tortellinin alla Panna.
Garlic Toast and Cheese Toast.
Spaghetti with Meatballs.
Vancouver has many Italian restaurants. Some are expensive. Some have great food.
Chianti's has great food but LOW prices! It's a favourite of most every Vancouverite in the Kitsilano neighbourhood. If you don't want to wait in line then get there by 5pm!
Chianti's and the 5th Avenue Cinemas (just around the corner) have a joint promotion with each other, offering discounts if you go to a movie and a dinner.
