Queen Elizabeth Park and...
Queen Elizabeth Park and Blodel Conservatory
A beautiful park with a gorgeous view of the city at the top. The gardens are an absolute marvel--thousands of wedding parties flock there to get pictures taken. Of course it is better to go in the summer or spring, but it is a tranquil place to go all year round. I belive they even put Christma lights up in the winter...the Blodel Conservatory is located in the park, and it houses a great many species of tropical fish, plants and birds. It is very cool as the birds are not caged, but allowed to fly freely around the huge domed structure! The park also holds a roller rink, pitch and putt, restaurant, Tai Chi area, frisbee area, and much more!
