Aerie Resort, Victoria

I have never dined at the Aerie, however I have read many articles proclaiming it is one of the best restaurants on Vancouver Island. From the stories that I have heard personally, it sounds like there are many better places to dine in the Victoria area (such as The Herald Street Caffe, Cafe Brio, Il Terrazzo, etc.) My parents dined there, and to reach their table the waitress had to go outside in the rain, so their food was cold and covered in raindrops!

We had the breakfast and though it seems like a simple meal the meals we had were bursting with flavor.

Favorite Dish: Pancakes with an apricot sauce and a cream topping
French toast with blueberries and cream
