Every year in July, Williams Lake is host to the second largest rodeo and stampede in Canada...only the Calgary Stamped is larger. The Stampede grounds are right beside the highway as you head down Hy 20 towards Bella Coola. When you're in Cariboo Country, you're in the middle of cattle and horse country.

This is a stampede where many people from all around the area such as: states, Vancouver, Prince George, and ect. There are so many things going on during this weekend such as fair grounds, baseball tournament, parade, and ect.
