The Lotus Bleu CAfé is like an Oasis of freshness on a stretch of road ruled by fast food. Off the highway and in downtown Edmundston, you will find this wired café. Fresh local organic food, great coffee, wifi and a world traveller spirit. The staff is international, kind, generous and professional. Satisfaction guaranteed!
Favorite Dish: The "petit Lotus" signature coffee is for me the perfect ratio of milk to espresso. The "Végépaté Sandwich on sprouted grain bread served with a really nice fresh salad (carrots, cabbage, beetroot, sprouts, lettuce and homemade dressing)...this is simply amazing!

When you arrive in Edmundston, you will quickly notice it has an unual sent. It's from the paper mill. If you have asthma or any breathing problems, you may not want to stop here. I personally was relieved when we left. It's not that it smells bad, it just felt uncomfortable to breathe.
