For all you low budget weekend visitors and students with little money at the end of the month Bud the Spud is your saver.
Parked at Spring Garden Road next to the Public Library Bud serves hot stuff from the back of his van.
BTW the hot dog & saugaces vendor at the walkway next door is even cheaper.

Bud has a chip wagon that sits on Spring Garden Road right next to the library. They serve the best chips you will ever taste in your lifetime! Fresh cut and fried, none of this frozen stuff! Office workers, tourists and just about anyone passing by will stop to buy a paper bag of fries and sit on the stone wall in front of the library, happy. Feeding the pigeons is optional...they don't get much.
