Not to repeat myself but...
It's an hour away from Toronto (about half way between Kingston and Toronto) and therefore an ideal place to stop to have dinner before entering Toronto during a long trip.
Or where to stop after you left Toronto early to avoid traffic.
There is not much beside Cobourg between Kingston and Toronto beside fast food and gas stations.
The Cobourg Transit is an inexpensive, fast, clean and safe way to get around Cobourg. It's not hard to board... just wait at one of the designated bus stops and the bus will be there at the time posted on the sign.
Cobourg is small enough town where you can either walk to place to place, take a bus, or even ride your bike through. Walking may take a bit longer but you still get to the place in the same day. The bus is really cheap and i would take advantage of it so if i were you i would do it. Bikes are good way around and a good way of getting into shape.
There are several different ways to travel to or aournd Cobourg. You may walk around, drive around, take a bus, or even ride your bike aournd town. Cobourg is a very small town so there wouldn't be a lot of traveling. But I must say there are some unique places to explore or see. Such as Victoria Beach, Cobourg Hobour, and even the old Jail restuarant.
