I used to think , not a bad place. NOT ANY MORE ! I purchased a gift certificate before Christmas 2006 and now I find out in January that they have left the Masonville mall without any indication to me this was going to happen.
Now I am out the money I spent on the gift certificate. Apparently I am not the onlyone that has been burned with this.
I am contacting the Masonville mall manager today to see what can be done.
Everything was less than adequate.
Service was poor. Food was disappointing.
My husbands burger had 2 bottoms and was overcooked. (burnt). Chicken burger was ordered but beef burger brought to the table.
Our childrens meal was way under cooked and we were unable to feed it to them. Told the waitress we were unsatisfied and she smiled and walked away. Brought us our bill without offering dessert or coffee.
Will absolutly not be back unless it is to speak to a manager.
