Jacks by JennysTravels This is there the locals like to hang out after a hard days/nights work. There is a huge upper outdoor patio, live bands, jukebox, over all good times.

Niagara Falls at night by tpangelinan This is a shot of the American Falls at night during the light show. There are plenty of places to get a good view of either falls during the light show. It only takes about 15 minuted to walk from Rainbow Bridge to Horseshoe Falls, all along there are lots of places to stop and gaze. The Canadian side is much more crowded than the American side during this time. Leave a Comment Theme: Other

While tours of the scenic area are great to do during the day, a trip to Clifton Hill is a place of wonder to a child at night. The bright, garish lights and multiple entertainments catch your eye. What to do first??? The colorful Canadian Midway houses video games and a few rides. Our grandson was thrilled to use his souvenir money for this stop! Also, Cosmic mini golf was fun as we played the funky course in the dark. Next we toured the Movieland Wax Museum that featured characters fromThe Simpsons, Star Wars and other movies. Some of the figures actually did resemble movie stars. Before calling it a night, we sampled ice cream from one of the many food places lining the sidewalks. This was a fun night for all of us.

Niagara Falls at night by tpangelinan Check out the Falls at night when they put on a light show. This is done almost all year round, usually from around 9:00pm until about 12:00 midnight. The huge lights they use are on the Canadian side and change colors about every 15 minutes, so bring you camera and tripod for some beautiful photos. This is really rather romantic so grab your partner and enjoy the falls light show for some free entertainment. Depending on the wind you may get a little wet from the mist. Rumours by JennysTravels Rumours is a large nightclub on Clifton Hill. Ask anyone where Clifton Hill is and they will point you in the right direction. It's a large theme street. There are haunted mansions, play houses, video arcades, restaurants, nightclubs. Rumours has 3 bars, large tvs on the walls playing videos to the songs being played over the system. Young crowd, 19-25yrs. Fun place. $5.00 cover.

This fun Asian inspired nightclub is new to The Falls. Opening May 2006, it's a mecca for the dance crowd. The first of it's kind in The Falls, ages range from 20-40. There is a huge VIP area where you can order bottle service. Be prepared to spend mucho dollars if visiting the VIP area. Ive had the pleasure of experiencing it once though a friend, and it was amazing. I belive to just book a table in the VIP room you can expect to pay $300+, and now don't forget the bottle sercive which runs $70 per bottle (for GreyGoose). There is another alternative to not spending to much money, just hang out in the regular area, where the huge dance floor is. There are guest DJ's every weekend, and they are closed most sundays, except if it's a holiday weekend. Tuesdays are dedicated to hospitality staff and cover charge is nothing if you remember to bring your pay stub. Other days cover ranges from $10-$25 depending on the entertainment. This place is great! They get the likes of Tiesto and Oakenfold spinning! For Niagara Falls, that's awesome!

365 Club. It's a great place to relax and people watch. I bumped into The Commitments on saturday night. Joe Walsh got up and belted out "Mustang Sally." I got up and had a dance myself. Carpe Diem right! Good times. THE ORANGEMAN music group! Such fun.
Casual. Even for the nightclub. Some people dress up, I do when I go. The 365 Club in the casino is a great time. They have regular bands and it comfortable there. 30+. No Cover. ID required. Leave a Comment

Casino Niagara is THE place to gamble at Niagara. There's multitudes of slot machines that are always ringing somewhere (just not where I happened to be sitting). Make sure to bring an ID, they are very strict , they thought mine was a fake! Leave a Comment Theme: Casino

Each night of the year, the Falls are Illuminated with pastel lights ... on a clear night this is a truly awesome experience to view! Times throughout the year vary, so check the website for accurate time scheduling. Just shortly after sunset is a pretty good time to show up .. the closer to the falls is not necessarily the best view ... but at least get close enough to feel the mist! While this may not thrill everyone, and many are more interested in the nearby casinos, but allow yourself to be "wow'ed" by this beauty as seen in just another "light" (just a little humor there)
As you are ... nothing special unless you wear glasses, they I suggest bringing a cloth to wipe off any mist. Leave a Comment Theme: OtherAddress: Niagara Falls, Canada and USADirections: Best if viewed very close to the Falls
