The Dufferin Islands are just by the entrance of Niagara Park. They are a small set of islands where wildlife welcomes you. Very relaxing and beautiful.

separated by a small piece of land called Luna Island.

Easy to get obsessed with the two main falls, but don’t forget to occasionally look around and behind you to make sure you’re not ignoring some stunning rainbows.

The amount of water going over the falls is really tremendous, and it wasn't until I got up close that I realize this. Wow!

In fact it is the power of the falls themselves that "kick up" the misty spray. Did you know that 20% of the fresh water in the world eventually flows over these falls??

These boats are ALL ENGINE as they must counter the strong currents underneath the falls. You are issued a blue slicker raincoat which you will definitely need! The picture was taken from the boat.
