Kids everywhere!!!

This really isn't about any one place inparticular. But I just wanted to warn the older people (30's and up) that Niagra Falls Canada has a lower drinking age I believe it is 18. So when I was there I was shocked and suprised to see 18 year old kids out partying and drinking at 2am. A lot of them come over from New York to party. But still overall a great atmosphere of a good time.

Hot air balloon landing near Carp, Ontario

Part of the traditional process of going on a hot air balloon ride is to have champagne once you've landed. To celebrate a successful landing, I suppose. The trip was faboulous and the champagne topped it off nicely!

Tequila Sunrise

Nightlife can be boring in Ontario, especially if you live in a small village out in the countryside. So the thing to do is to make it nice at home, invite friends or go over to their place for a visit. I always love to make cocktails, hahaha, that sure makes the evenings less boring. So how about a Tequila sunrise?

This is a classic drink and fancy to see because the bottom part will be red from the grenadine, and slowly fading into orange of the orange juice.

1 /12 ounces white tequila
orange juice for topping up
1/2 slice of orange
3/4 ounce grenadine

Pour the tequila and orange juice together into the glass over ice cubes. Pour the grenadine carefully on top. The grenadine is heavier than the orange juice and will sink to the bottom, creating the two colour effect.

I'd rather be out camping on a desolate island but if you want some nightlife, head back to Toronto.
Loads of great pubs and restaurants. The most multiethnic city in Canada.
