Capital Theatre in the town of Port Hope is a part of the town's history. Located in the centre of town. It has now been redesigned, but still has the old main entrance for that Grand Experience. They offer plays, movies, and sometimes, just come to relax and hear a musician. It is for all age groups.

The Capitol is (I believe) Canada's last remaining atmospheric theatre. What this means is that when inside the theatre it is meant to feel as though you are inside an English garden. The walls are painted as bricks with lots of foliage. On the ceiling stars twinkle and clouds drift by. Everything goes on at the Capitol from concerts to plays to movies.
The Capitol Theatreis one of the last remaining atmosheric theatre in Canada. Inside you feel like your in a medieval courtyard. The ceiling is covered in stars and apparently there is a projection of a moon that moves across the ceiling during a production or film. The theatre now shows plays and festival like films throughout the year.
Memorial park is located right downtown Port Hope. It plays host to many festivals musical events throughout the year.
