M.E. & Suzies: The Lobster of Lake Erie

    The lobster of Lake Erie

After a morning of walking the Lake Erie beach, we were interested in lunch. Suzie's had this sign about "The lobster of Lake Erie!", so we had to try that. The meals turned out to be fish and chips, but quite tasty. It is a local, small town restaurant, open on a out-of-season weekday (not all the restaurants were), so we were quite satisfied.

by pitahoda Written Dec 22, 2003
    Hangin out on the patio!

If you know Lynne of San Saba, then you know how she goes the extra mile in order for you to have a wonderful experience. The food is fantastic! Aps include PEI lemon curry mussels, Shrimp Aioli, Crabcakes, Brie...
Entrees include Surf and Turf, Brie Stuffed Chicken, Daily pasta specials, Peacan crusted shrimp, maple glazed salmon....just to name a few. A fun and hip place to be! You can sit inside, or outside on the veranda to enjoy the view of the harbour, or on the new tropical covered patio!

Favorite Dish: The Lemon Curry PEI mussels are to die for. Never have I tasted anything so wonderful. I really like the grilled veg pasta as well!

GT's Bar and Grill: Good Times on the Beach

by pitahoda Written May 13, 2003

GT's is a local bar located right on the main public beach! With it's open concept, you can sit on one of the many decks for lunch/dinner and cocktails, participate in a game of beach volleyball on one of GT's 4 nets, right on the beach! Music and live bands entertain every weekend in the summer. The food is great.

Favorite Dish: It's hard to say what my favorite dish is, because they're all good. Sometimes I get aps sometimes entrees. The salads are usually really good and fresh.
