Explore Port Stanley
Wander about town
Redlats Says:
We drove to the top of the hill behind the small beach and wandered around the houses. It is a mix of permanent residents, summer homes, art studios and the like. In September, it is hard to imagine what it would be like in high season. We also drove and wandered around town....
Walk the beaches
Redlats Says:
We are always searching out beaches to wander barefoot. In Port Stanley there is a long beach to walk west of town. We visited in September, and we had the beach primarily to ourselves. Still we got to walk two or three kilometres and skip round rocks into Lake Erie and play...

M.E. & Suzies: The Lobster of Lake Erie
Redlats Says:
After a morning of walking the Lake Erie beach, we were interested in lunch. Suzie's had this sign about "The lobster of Lake Erie!", so we had to try that. The meals turned out to be fish and chips, but quite tasty. It is a local, small town restaurant, open on a...

Experience a night with "TROLE"
The Pierside pub frequently has a band named "TROLE". If you're in the neighborhood on a weekend that they are in town..go see them perform! These guys are so full of energy and they seem to share it with their audiences.
You will see Trole make it big some day..so see them now in a small venue setting before it's too late!

Blue Skies and Beaches
Favorite thing: My favorite thing about Port Stanley is definately the Beach! Once you get to the beach, there are many things to do besides just swimming and sunbathing. Join in on a game of beach volleyball, rent jet skies or paddleboats, have lunch/dinner at GT's on the Beach, or try the famous Mackie's Fries...it's never ending!
