It was on our way to Ottawa, and appeared to be a nice, clean restaurant, just what my mother and I were looking for. We were so impressed that we stopped there on our way back home, the next day, with my father's cousin. We were all impressed by cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the food. The location was good too, being close to the highway.
Favorite Dish: We shared the bruschetta (spelling?), which was topped with lots of chopped tomato, onion, and lots of garlic and melted cheese. Definitely lots for 2 to share... even better for 4!
The bowl of Tomato pasta soup was good. The garden salad had a little price but was a big plate of it. The blt sandwich looked good, and my fresh sliced turkey sandwich was great. Lots of turkey on it.

Many older buildings are still standing in Renfrew. Here is one which was built in 1909. Still standing strong.

You might expect a building here, but this guys is much more interesting, and he is right in front of the City Hall / Police Station. This wooden statue represents the town's heritage as a mill town.
