    Having visited Toronto the day before, seeing these buggies almost anywhere I looked sure made added to the surprise I felt.

    This is not what I was expecting for a cart. It rather looks as if the seats came from a car or van or even theatre seating. These were not the Plain Mennonites that are normally seen with their black plain clothing - these folks were quite brightly dressed, especially the bonnets.
