When in Stayner, a must place to shop is AARDEN'S CHOCOLATESThere is dark chololate, mild chocolate and white chocolate, all with various fillings. Also there is ready-made gift baskets for that special someone.
All products are handmade on the premises using the finest Belgian Callebaut chocolate.
Small and stuffed with chocolate! You'll love it!!
What to buy: Hahaha chocolate of course! My favourite are the truffles.....got a box full from Jacob for my voyage home!

Well this is the Store from the outside ,it is a specialty store , it makes chocolates for parties , weddings , chocolate cigars when a baby is born ,and all kinds of other stuff.
What to buy: All the items were special to me hahaha

No question about it ,this little Chocolate Store in the main street of Stayner is absolutely a joy to visit ,and of course you wil not walk out without some of the great Chocalates that are yes made and sold here and boy they are good chocolates .
What to buy: Nathalie bought us some chocolates to take home and they were ruffles I believe ,all different tasting Ruffles.
They did not last very long .
This wonderful store is owned by Mark & Monica ,friends of Jacob Lalkens and Nathalie 31.
Go visit them if you have a change ,the chocolates are soooooo good.
They also sold my favorite Dutch Candies

I just loved snooping at Cindy's Treasure Chest. It was packed with antiques, collectables, knickknacks, old books and records, pictures, you name it. It was a fun place to just browse.
Knit'n Kaboodle carries supplies of yarn, knitting needles, patterns and other sewing needs.
What to buy: Knitting and sewing supplies.
Can t give a description.....each time we wanted to get some bread, the shop was closed. Haha, guess it s good for my sis and brother get their bread here!
