Adult spot, Toronto

Okay… so I confess I have never actually been INSIDE Club Zanzibar, but it is a Toronto institution!

I adore that they have kept the old sign and spruced up the front of the club and it wasn’t always a strip joint.

Some very, VERY famous musicians have played here back when it was a live music venue.

I am not positive but I think you can EAT here?

Uhhhh do people really eat burgers and fries while watching the peelers?

Dress Code: Again… I have never actually been here

I have been to the Brass Rail…. (Hee hee hee, in my wilder 20’s) which is also on Yonge

Street and they do have a dress code! So don’t arrive in dirty cut off shorts without a t-shirt!

Ki right now is the hot spot after work, on a Thursday.
It is located in the BCE Place, it is interesting mostly young people in the financial sector, great for networking, people watching. It is a restaurant, food is excellent, bar service a bit slow, but you don't mind waiting as much while you are checking out the good looking folks.
Great patio, for the summer.

Dress Code: Armani, Prada, etc but not too obvious

There's lots of places in Toronto offering live music. Get out and discover some of the local talent, who knows, one day they might be famous!
The group pictured is the Twisters. Lead singer is a friend who works at CFTO TV as an anchor/reporter. They're a lot of fun to listen to and play great standards from the 60's and such. Two of the people pictured aren't in the band, they're just nutty friends who wanted to join in, lol!
