Sample dishes and atmosphere by msison This restaurant is a mixture of different Asian flavours. Its quaint and yet can be romantic and casual.
My favourite dish is a simple Vietnamese soup with rice noodles and meatballs...great combination! There are other of course, but this is what I liked the best. by Jele If you love Thai, Spring Rolls is great food at a great price.
I recommend the Spicy Coconut Soup (Tom Kha) and the Sesame ginger Salad. For entrees try the Pad Thai, its amazing, or the Tango Mango Chicken. If you're not to hungry, I suggest spliting an entree they are huge! It restaurant started with only one location, but has since expanded. Check out their website for all three locations. I've recommended my favorite one below! Leave a Comment

Szechuan Szechuan Restaurant in Toronto by freddie18 Food are of good quality. Most are spicy that new customers might not like. Spicy dishes like Szechuan beef and tangy stir frys like cashew chicken as well as other Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese menu options are available. Szechuan Szechuan offers Pan-Asian cuisine. It has branches in the financial district at First Canadian Place in Toronto and one in Vaughan Mills. I have been to both branches and the services at the Canadian Place is a bit better than in Vaughan Mills. The Bombay Palace, Toronto. by Tricky_Dicky69 I had seen the web-site for The Bombay Palace and booked a table before we even arrived in Toronto. The place looked good and was also close to our hotel, King Edward. We are partial to a curry and were looking forward to our meal as we were hungry after our coach trip to The Falls but were in for some disappointment.
Our anticipation and high hopes soon vanished as we were seated at an awful table. The service was, at best, mediocre and uninterested. Our meals were both of a similar quality and certainly did not meet our expectations. We probably left more than we ate but the waiter didn't seem interested to know if there was a problem. We won't be going back. Tricky Dicky's rating 5 / 10 Leave a Comment

Tuna Melt with Salad by CdnJane Have to admit, this was picked since the restaurant I wanted to go to was closed, and this looked ok. Its been rated on another website as a "Fun Pub" - I guess we were there between the fun! The music was good... 60s/70s music so Suet and I were fine, and Imaniac seemed to know a lot of the songs, not so sure about Lalkens - but they served beer so he seemed quite happy. We all had something different - hamburger, fish & chips, salad, and I had a tuna melt. I should've sent back my tuna melt to had them really melt the cheese under the tuna. It was a tad cold... but I was pretty hungry and cheese is ok melted or not in my books. I got the impression from Jacob that there was too much batter on his fish, and both the Dutchmen weren't impressed by "shoestring fries/chips". Sue didn't make too much comment about her salad.
If, it were hot, I thought the tuna melt was good - good tuna. The salad was good, the dressing served on the side. Huge glasses of Diet Coke and free refills. Service was pretty slow. Kaspian and Hotsauce at the Drake January, 2008 by shohman The Drake is a hotel, but they have a very funky restaurant that serves brunch on the weekends. The interior is very cool and they have stylish chandelairs. Food was good, nothing to write abou...err, ok, this is VT, I have to write about it!
I had a breakfast burrito Leave a Comment

by graememooney Not only is the Irish Embassy an impressive sight inside, the food is good and it's reasonable too. If you go on Thur/Fri after the offices get out, plan on being with the crowd. It's a great place to go for a weekend pub meal.
