    Carousel Bakery: Peameal Bacon Sandwich

Peameal bacon is one of Toronto's traditional signature foods. This famous sandwich has been featured worldwide. Apparently there're often queues, but it wasn't too bad when we went, early on a Saturday morning.
Apart from peameal bacon sandwich, it also has other choices but I didn't get to try those. On hindsight, I wish I'd bought more to takeaway!

Favorite Dish: Peameal bacon sandwich is what I had. It's a down-to-earth, delectable delight that you shouldn't miss out on devouring when you're at St.Lawrence Market!

    Carousel Bakery: Peameal Bacon Sandwich

Peameal bacon (back bacon rolled in peameal) is a Canadian specialty, and it's home is St. Lawrence Market. Carousel Bakery makes brilliant peameal bacon sandwiches, and is a must for any traveller to Toronto. They're $4.50 or something like that so it works for all budgets. Wash it down with a Rainmaker organic beverage, which can be found kitty corner to Carousel. That's another great Toronto product.
