  • The World's tallest building . . . although some dispute it's claim to be a building. It was originally built to be a an important telecommunications tower but is now the most recognisable structure in Canada. It's 553m high and at 342m up, they've installed a glass floor. Walking on that is a slightly spooky experience. Looking straight down. The views from that height are spectacular!

Wonderful views of toronto and the water from the top of the tower. Are you brave enough to stand on the glass floor?

The view is pretty damn good, and its fun for someone who lives in Toronto to point out where they live, but it may not be worth it for a casual visitor, as the cost and line-ups can be a bummer. The glass floors are fun for kids, but not really scary when you get there. Go at night. Its probably quieter, and more unique with the skyline lit up.

  • I'm sure it's much better at night, but the view is good in the morning too. A great, world class city down there.

You can also stand 'sort of' outside on top of the CN tower. It's not that scary though as the whole outside area has a mital wire fence. It does limit the view though and isn't ideal for taking photos.
