This is the home of the Toronto Blue Jays. I also believe that it is home to a CFL team as well. It was built after the last time I have been to Toronto. But I hear it is a state of the art facility. I would love to attend a game here, especially when the Yankees are in town.
The Skydome is one of the most enormous satdiums to watch baseball! Home of the American Leauge Toronto Blue Jays!
If anything you'll really appreciate the incredible landscape of the structure! The structure of the stadium stands firm and strong, and being that is so enormous symbolizes 'Power'
Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Game
If you are there during baseball season head to a Blue Jays game. The Skydome is a sight to see, even for non-baseball fans. Buy mid-price/cheap tickets and then move to better seats as the game goes on.
See a baseball game at the SkyDome.
This is the first multi-use stadium to have a retractable roof. It is the home of the Toronto Bllue Jays baseball team. If there isn't a game going on they offer behind the scenes tours of the facility and the locker rooms, etc.
If you have the chance, go and see a baseball-game. It is very interesting, even if you don't know any rules.
It's a great atmosphere in the stadium. Go and enjoy it!

Home to the Toronto Blue Jays and the CFL's Toronto Argonauts, SkyDome has already had its share of sports milestones. The Dome also hosts various sporting events, concerts (shows in the past year have included U2 and the Rolling Stones) and trade shows. It is also home to Roundhouse Park which is located just outside gate five. The park is the perfect venue for a variety of pre-game events including concerts, picnics and barbecues.
We took a really good tour of the Skydome. It is a very interesting building and there is a great relief scupture on one of the entrance walls.
I love to see the background to big public buildings.. I suppose if you are a Blue Jays fan it would be even more interesting. While we were there they were setting up for a Billy Graham meeting.
We sat at the window of the Hard Rock Cafe overlooking the Skydome. We watched the retractable rooftop open & shut talking to friendly locals.
We had an awesome day for a game. The roof was open and it was a just a bit too hot but very nice. The stadium looks so cool open with the CN tower looming over the field. Toronto lost to Cleveland.
The Skydome, now known as the Rogers Centre is an awesome stadium for events including sport and concerts. Check the virtual tour on the website.
I walked down Front St towards the CN Tower and found this great building with giant men looking down on the people below. I am not sure what this is, but I really liked it.
Famous for its retractable roof, SkyDome is home to the Toronto Argonauts football team and the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team, 1992 and 1993 World Series Champions

This picture shows it from the CN Tower, looking down on the retractable roof.
The Skydome next to the CN Tower is the main baseball stadium in Toronto. It is used for other events too; see their website.
