    Used to be the Skydome... The Toronto Blue Jays baseball team play there as well as the Toronto Argonauts Canadian football team. The centre was bought by Rogers Communications Inc. and they have invested a lot of money into it. The grass field for the baseball games is a new artificial turf. The Rogers Centre holds over 50000 people if needed. With a retracting roof for those warm sunny days. It takes 20 minutes to open the roof. You can catch a baseball game with your better half or your kids. The guided tour is actually quite interesting as well and worth the money.($12.50 for Adults, $8.50 for Seniors and Youth (12-18 years old), Children (5-7 years old) $7.00. Tours are also available in French in July and August - telephone: 416 341 2770. Group tour information (for 20 people or more) - telephone: 416 341 2771 They also have special events showing at the Rogers Centre.

    We had an awesome day for a game. The roof was open and it was a just a bit too hot but very nice. The stadium looks so cool open with the CN tower looming over the field. Toronto lost to Cleveland.

  • We took a really good tour of the Skydome. It is a very interesting building and there is a great relief scupture on one of the entrance walls. I love to see the background to big public buildings.. I suppose if you are a Blue Jays fan it would be even more interesting. While we were there they were setting up for a Billy Graham meeting.

  • really cool stadium - the movie at the begining of the tour is abit boring but after that its great - the tour takes u around to the dressing rooms and to the booths of the rich people and stuff
