"Les Randonnees Jacques Robidas" will give you the chance to go horseback riding in the beautiful North Hatley region. Whether you're alone or with your family or with a group, they will be able to accommodate your needs. Also, you don't need any experience as the staff is qualified to give you an introduction to horseback riding.
Equipment: Wear comfortable clothes and shoes - and bring a change of clothes because horses smell!

The Route Verte is best cycling route in the world according to National Geographic. And it happens to go right through Magog. From Magog, you can go NW through the Mont Orford National Park or NE to North Hatley, Lennoxville, Sherbrooke and past.
We actually started in North Hatley. Less than 10km from the start point, there is a pitstop where you can get hot dogs, sandwiches, soup, local baked goods and honeys. Less than 10km from there is Lennoxville and Bishops University. That's where we turned back.
If you are too tired to bike back, you can try the taxi-velo. We tried this but they took too long to get to us (we called them twice and they arrived 50min after our first call but we were already on our way back). The number is 1-877-766-VELO (8356).
Equipment: Bikes. Some parts are good for rollerblading too.
