  • This is a Canadian chain that actually has fresh, good food. They are located in Montreal but also in some of the smaller towns in the Laurentians like Saint Sauveur-des-monts. Friendly service as well.

    Very good fruit salad and coffee. Excellent toast.

    Fantastic breakfast/lunch restaurant on Avenue du Parc/cross Sherbrooke (just a short 5 mins walk east from McGill). Closely managed by the founder, Mrs. Cora Mussely Tsouflidou (no she's not literally there), they serve the best breakfast/brunch food in the city. Fresh fruits!!!!

    Just a note, the restaurant closes at 3 p.m.

    I heard the strawberry crepe is fabolous (with chocolate)! I tried the waffles and some of the fruit crunch bowl and both are very good.
