Take the new and improved Shuttle from Hudson to Oka. It is no longer a tow boat, it is a real ferry boat. It is a lot quicker, and you avoid all the traffic on the 15 or 13!
It is a 2 km ride that takes 10 minutes to cross. The ferry runs from April 1st to December 4th. A car crossing costs 9$.

Pay attention to the signs that warn you of Poison Ivy. It is well indicated, and it is not there to be overly careful! Bring calamine lotion just in case if you are walking or biking on the trails. Better to be safe than sorry! Especially at 3 am when you can’t stop scratching!

The water is very dirty. My bellybutton piercing got infected there. It was over 3 months old, but I forgot to rinse with salt water after going in the water. If you have any sensitivities, new piercings, tattoos... take precautions.

If you ask anyone working at Oka Park, they will say i do not know, but there is a nudist section to the beach. They just can't realy talk about it at Parks Canada. Where is it located you say? When facing the water, it is all the way to your left. Walk all the way to the end of the beach, there is a slight turn of the beach, and Voila! There it is.
Gawkers and stalkers will be asked to leave. It is very quiet, people of all sorts and ages go to this section
