Service was very good and the atmosphere and view was fine. My wife and I had the buffet for dinner. Food was good not great. I would rate the food 3.5 stars out of 5. We certainly would go back again. You are paying for the view but when all is said and done, it certainly worth it.

This is a revolving restaurant thatis 540 feet up in the air. It is the highest point in quebec. It gives you a great view of the St. Lawerence and Old Quebec. It is a very pricey place to eat but on Sundays they have an all you can eat Seafood buffet. It was only about $30 a person when i was there and was well worth it.

540 feet up in the air, this revolving restaurant serves up 13 miles of stunning 360-degree views. However, the fine International cuisine is sure to compete for your attention. The Chef uses mainly regional products to create his masterpieces This is an experience extrordinaire.
