The St. Hubert chain of restaurants from Quebec specializes in chicken dishes, but it also has lots of other choices. This is not really a 'fast-food' chain, more of a family restaurant situation (although they do serve alcoholic beverages). We found both their service and the quality of their food to be very good - and this was on a busy Friday night!
Favorite Dish:
I decided to have a Thai Chicken Brouchette (BBQ stick) that also included a separate BBQ stick of onions/green pepper/pineapple slices. These came with a green salad and a bed of rice as well as a nice dipping sauce!
