It is called Arbraska this is fun for the family in the woods. It is about an hour away from Montreal. It is like an obstacle course as well they now have stuff for the childre to do. From 5 years old and up. This is a fabulous body workout. Not all courses are the same the have 8 different courses. As you see in my pic I am about 14 feet in the air. And course for the children a great way to burn enegry. They also have a group rates family rates. These are the rules of the place. Hiking or running shoes, or closed-toe sandals
Pants, or knee-length shorts
Shirt that covers the stomach
Long hair must be attached (in a type of bun)
No earrings
Remove navel piercings, or cover them with a bandage

Dorwin falls in Rawdon has a very beautiful magnificent falls 60 feet in height, surrounded by beautiful forests 3km of trails, attracts thousands of tourists each year. Once on the site, the mystery of its Indian legend . You should use caustion near falls as it is very dangerous near the river; humid and slippery rocks, sly and fast currents, dangerous and unstable cliffs and steep slopes. Camping and camp fires are not allowed. Swimming is prohibited. Several services offered are:

Favorite thing: If you like cross-country skiing try lac Pontbriand on the Ouareau River just upstream from Rawdon You can go on for 12 kilometers with a gentle rolling like on waves built by the wind swept snow. Try skiing at midnight on a full moon at -30C, you can see fine.
