It is called Arbraska this is fun for the family in the woods. It is about an hour away from Montreal. It is like an obstacle course as well they now have stuff for the childre to do. From 5 years old and up. This is a fabulous body workout. Not all courses are the same the have 8 different courses. As you see in my pic I am about 14 feet in the air. And course for the children a great way to burn enegry. They also have a group rates family rates. These are the rules of the place. Hiking or running shoes, or closed-toe sandals

Ski The Lake

Favorite thing: If you like cross-country skiing try lac Pontbriand on the Ouareau River just upstream from Rawdon You can go on for 12 kilometers with a gentle rolling like on waves built by the wind swept snow. Try skiing at midnight on a full moon at -30C, you can see fine.

Fondest memory: When I travel it's always great to come back home 'cause that's where my Garden grows.
