THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOOSE - PART ONE
In March 1904 seven moose were transported from New Brunswick to Newfounldland in an attempt to introduce a new food source. Only four of the animals survived the crossing. The moose population on Newfoundland is now approximately 150,000 which is more than the number of people living in St. John.Moose are not heavy thinkers . They eat , drink and reproduce. They don't strategize. They are like cows. They just kind of hang out and go wherever they like.
