If you go to Tampa Bay Florida, you must go to skippers smokehouse! It is a bar/rest. with sand floors. They have reggae night on Wed. It rocks!! If you come to Memphis then Graceland is fun too. I have only been to Canada which is just a colder version of America! So, I have yet to miss anything!
Come visit Minnesota. There's so much to see and do. Canoeing in the Boundary Waters or on any of the beautiful rivers. History fairs, where reenactors bring the fur trade era alive with camps along the Mississippi river, and or the Minnesota river. Camping in the North Woods, Snowshoeing, and listening to the solitude of a remote camp.
Go to South Carolina's Litchfeild BEach. It is absolutely beautiful. You cant get much nicer. My parents and I return there every year before dropping me off at college. Its such a nice quiet place with beautiful houses and beaches. Its wonderful.
I would take them to Washington D.C. to see the Capital of my Country and to see the Museums ( Space and Smithsonian ) and to see the Washington Monument. Eat at great resturants and enjoy fantastic shopping sprees!! My fondest memory of North America is when I traveled with my buddy all over the country from pennsylvania to the marti gras in new orleans to the grand canyon to the largest piece of granite ( el capitan ) in yosmite national park in california.
See San Francisco! Ride the trolly cars to the Pier , Have some clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl, visit the Aquarium on the Bay on the Pier, Take a short cruise around the S.F. Bay, see a baseball game at Pac Bell stadium, and have some Japanese Tea and cookies in the Japanese Tea Gardens at the Golden Gate Park.

Go to Butte! Take the tram ride round the city...and don't forget the Hell Roaring Gulch mining museum town. Falling in love with Seattle!Stepping out of the plane at Butte Airport in temps of 96F and seeing the Rockies and the statur of our Lady. Feeling the unique atmosphere of Butte.
Take the tram tour around the city of Butte, Montana. What made it really interesting for me was the thought that my grandparents might have sat on the very seat I was occupying! Falling in love with Seattle! I wasn't bothered about going there - it just happened to be the most convenient airport nearest to Butte for us! But now I'm hooked and can't wait to be back in Seattle this year!
I miss the warm social climate of South Carolina! I lived and attended college in a small town calle Aiken. It's approximately 45 minutes west of Columbia, South Carolina and 15 minutes east of Augusta, Georgia. This town is a classic American town with an awesome atmosphere.
Go to beaches in Delaware and Virginia Beach Well, other than living here, I love to go south every september to see relatives. We go to Indian River Beach in Delaware, and sometimes, my family goes to Sandbridge Beach in Virginia. These are the greatest places to go for a private setting for a beach.
