The shop seems to have cornered the market ion book sales and mail order selling. They have two floors and seem professional capable.
I was in the store twice on my visit and each time it was fairly busy.
What to buy: The publish and distribute the Kalaallit Nunaat Atlas.

Brugsen is in fact the Cooperative Society. As with many other shops, this store has everything you need. It is a combination of bakery, clothes store, supermarket, music store, toy store and well everything else you need. The store has two floors, the food outlet is on the ground floor and the all the other services are on the second floor.
Interestingly, outside of the store there is a local market; I do have to say that is a bit of a bigger description of the actuality. Local people come and sell things - books, shoes, art work and knitted goods. It is quite sad, as not only the sellers are standing, but also their families in many cases.

Like so many other shops in Nuuk, they sell a wide range of things. This is a supermarket, located within the Hotel Hans Egede complex. As well as being a supermarket, they sell clothes, electrical goods and well a huge range of things.
