Right on the spot maps may not be available, so buy at Copenhagen, Kangerlussuaq or in the more visited Greenland towns before you head out into the great unknown. Due to its geographical position as the northernmost village at Greenland's east coast, Ittoqqortormiit is very isolated. No roads, no passenger ferries, just a runway 50 miles away.
