Throughout Aguascalientes (and Mexico for that matter) you will find countless street vendors offering local arts & crafts, as well as imported items.
What to buy: There are some good quality products at many street vendor stands. But look over everything carefully because it'll be much more difficult to return something than at a regular store.
What to pay: Bartering is the name of the game. So if you don't speak Spanish then do try to learn your numbers. And just write down what price you want. They'll write a higher one and then you'll have to find an agreement somewhere in between.
