Street Vendors

Throughout Aguascalientes (and Mexico for that matter) you will find countless street vendors offering local arts & crafts, as well as imported items.

What to buy: There are some good quality products at many street vendor stands. But look over everything carefully because it'll be much more difficult to return something than at a regular store.

What to pay: Bartering is the name of the game. So if you don't speak Spanish then do try to learn your numbers. And just write down what price you want. They'll write a higher one and then you'll have to find an agreement somewhere in between.

Cloth wrist bands

These colourful wrist bands come are very popular in Aguascalientes, primarily amongst kids. You can often get them embroidered with your name or perhaps that of someone back home.
